From WhatsApp workflow to dedicated app.
If your orders, bookings, or support already run through WhatsApp, that workflow is a proven product spec. We design a dedicated app around it, build it with our partner GrowMint, and keep chat for the parts chat does best.
Why build an app around a chat workflow?
Plenty of real businesses run on WhatsApp: orders arrive in chat, bookings are confirmed in chat, support happens in chat. It works, right up until volume makes it unmanageable. Messages get missed, there is no order history, and one phone quietly holds the whole operation.
A workflow app keeps what made chat work, the speed and the familiarity, and adds what chat cannot do: structured orders, payment flows, status tracking, staff roles, and records that survive any single employee's phone.
What's included
- Workflow mapping: how orders, bookings, and support flow today, message by message
- App scoping and UX designed around that mapped workflow
- The build, native or cross-platform, with our partner GrowMint
- WhatsApp Business integration for the steps that should stay in chat
- A rollout plan: staff first, regular customers next, so the switch actually happens
Four phases, one throughline.
Discover
We map the real workflow from your actual chat history: how an order starts, what gets asked, where things stall.
Design
A prototype built around real orders and real bookings, reviewed with the people who handle them daily.
Develop
GrowMint builds; we scope, run, and stay accountable. You review working software, never mock-ups alone.
Deploy
Store launch and rollout, measured on adoption. An app nobody switches to is a failure we plan against from day one.
Where the proof stands
App delivery runs through GrowMint, our engineering partner, whose stack and code-ownership terms are public on their own site. We scope and run the engagement, and you keep one point of contact.
We have no published workflow-app case study yet, and we won't fake one. The honest pitch is the method: your WhatsApp history is the requirements document, and we design from what it proves rather than from guesses.
You own the result outright, the same as every build here: the app, the code, the store listings, and the accounts.
Asked before signing.
Why not just keep using WhatsApp?
Keep it. Chat is where the relationship lives, and the app is not a replacement for it. The app takes the structured parts: orders with line items, bookings with time slots, payments, and history. The signal it is time: missed messages, no records, and a business that stops when one phone does.
How much does an app like this cost?
It is scoped after the workflow mapping, because the mapping is what sets the size. App projects sit above website projects in our published pricing, and the quote is fixed before the build starts. If the mapping shows an app is premature, we say so and you keep the map.
Can the app still talk to WhatsApp?
Yes. WhatsApp Business integration keeps chat in the loop where it belongs: order confirmations, delivery updates, and the conversations that should stay human. The app handles structure; chat handles talk.
Who actually builds it?
GrowMint, our engineering partner, founded by Tom Boban, and we disclose that on every page it is relevant. We scope the work, run the engagement, and answer for the result. You get one contact and one accountable team.
